Assisted in unloading pumps and setup pumps for repair. Checked thrust,
total float, and coupling contact. Disassembled upper halves of bearing
housing for inspection. Checked flatness, disassembled, tagged all parts,
washed, sand blasted and painted final product. Unload equipment from
trucks, pressure wash, sand blast, and paint final product. Precision

located damage or wear, such as blowout packing, misalignment of pump
shaft, slippage of drive belt, worn bearings, or need for lubrication.
Observes operation of pumps and feels for heat and vibration of parts to
detect cause of malfunctioning.
Dismantles pumps and performs repairs, such as cleaning impellers,
repacking stuffing boxes, tightening glands, and replacing bearings, using
hand tools.

Perform organizational maintenance and 10, 20, and 30 level direct support
maintenance on various military vehicles to include HMMMV, 5 Ton, 2 Ton,
Hemtt, Freight liner (M915), 10K Atlas forklift, 113 Troop Carrier, rebuilt
starters and alternators installed wiring harnesses, worked at TMP and
conducted security patrol around camp.
Repaired war torn Humvees, ASV, Hemitt, PLS, FMTV, Hex truck & trailer and
installed fire suppression system. Installined 5 different armor kits on
the Humvees also worked on cab change out for all of the above. Worked on
Construction Equipment, MHE installing armor kits, turret for ASV,
humvees, 5 tons, hemits with attention to trouble shooting faults in the
system. Inspect armor plates on war torn equipment for safety.
