[700] production staff. Worked 33 years at my previous Employer holding various positions. Started in 1979 working as
a Quality Control Inspector, then in 1987 took a Supervisors position in charge of the Pickling and Blasting Operations.
In 1990 I moved to the Forge Shop in charge of scheduling the furnaces for the hot working Forge Press. In 1995 I
moved to the Quality Department working in the Inspection and NDT areas and then in 2000 I also ran the Lathe,
Peeling and Band Saw Areas. In 2007 I was promoted to the position of General Foreman of Forged Products
supervising 15 Salary employees and 350 Union Employees.
