home and receive health care such as Nursing, Physical Therapy, Social Work, and other Rehabilitative therapy.
• Oversee the strategic management and operational oversight of the company's operations in order to provide
streamlined service, reduced operating costs, and greater profitability, by utilizing overlapping scheduling by area
serviced, and using in house field staff to reduce cost of using hourly and staffing agency workers.
• Interface with large clients such as hospitals and Nursing Homes to develop and maintain organizational strategies,
operational efficiencies, and proposals for increasing health rehabilitation for patients by assisting transfers from
facilities to the residence, to decrease patient’s health issues. Also created triangular partnerships with Doctors,
