Operation and Maintenance of 9 x 135 MW Chinese Sepco III made Coal

Handing Thermal Power Plant consisting of,

* Operation and Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant.

* 6.6 KV Switchyard with its associated Switchgear.

* Operation and Maintenance of 6.6 KV Switchgear Vaccum Breaker Panels

having Motor Management Relay & Motor Differential Relay & 415 V MCC &

Unit PCC Panels having Motor Management Relay.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Co-ordination and monitoring for smooth functioning of the unit.

* Efficient & Effective Operational & Maintenance planning to reduce

plant downtime.

* Trouble Shooting & trip analysis.

* Carrying out plant efficiency and defects analysis.

* Indentifying Areas of improvement and recommending process

modification & equipment calibration to enhance operational efficiency

of the systems.

* Ensuring all operation activities are carried out as per SOPS.

* Successfully developed and implemented system, procedures for plants

operation.

* Condition based monitoring of the equipment along with Preventive

Maintenance.
