PBX Operator - In charge of all incoming calls to the Radiology department and insuring the caller

was transferred to the appropriate department.

Out-Patient Scheduling - Verified doctors orders and called patients to schedule appointments.

Directed patients to the correct location for the appropriate follow-up treatment.

Registration - Responsible for the registration of patients coming in for Radiology procedures.
