. Successfully managing the process coordinating with the client on a
daily basis to implement strategies for meeting the company SLA's.

. Being a pilot process I was instrumental in coordinating with our IT
team in developing standard MIS report formats and TTS (time tracking
systems) .

. Preparing MPR (monthly process review) reports, billing files and

the Center Head.

. Interactions with the clients to come up with some strategy for
improvement of process.
. Preparing Reports, which are sent to Operations and the Client on a
weekly basis.

. Changes done as per requirement online having a proper

threshold.
