1. For a major Communications Company: Developed the Strategic Plan to
implement a hybrid Agile-Waterfall solution across the organization.
Developed Organization Change Management procedures and the Agile
Implementation Roadmap to support this program.
2. Currently managing five projects for a new cell-phone feature utilizing
different methodologies - Waterfall, Agile, and one proprietary.
Utilizing a 100% matrix staffing model with responsibility for managing

Managed an enterprise-wide project to convert and migrate 2000+ ATMs from
Base24 software to S1's Postilion.
. Took over project during its Implementation Phase that was already one
month late and 10% over budget, and delivered the project one month ahead
of schedule and 5% under budget by implementing tighter controls over the
schedule, budget, and resource utilization
. Restructured remainder of development into Sprint-like priority-based
units and employed daily Scrum Meetings to achieve a successful outcome
. Developed the software acceptance and Project exit criteria
. Architected and managed the Defect Tracking and Management System using
HP's Quality Center to ensure that all business requirements were met,
