manufacturing or materials issues. I analyzed the schedule in an effort to

was responsible to review and approve changes to the orders in the system.

In the position of Systems Expert / Material Release Analyst, I was

responsible for ordering the steel used by the company to stamp the seat

belt and airbag components we produced on our 31 presses. In addition, I

was responsible for our outside stamping facility, ensuring they receive

current requirements weekly and have the correct amount of steel on hand to

make our requirements. I was able to reduce the raw inventory on hand by

over 30%. We have implemented a new shipping module of SAP and worked on

projects to implement new software packages which tie in with SAP to our

data collection software used on the shop floor.

inventory to $8 million by the 3rd quarter. I was been able to reduce the

variances for the last two physical inventories to less than 2% dollar

variance.
