JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively monitoring Critical functions in hydrocarbon Production and
Processing
Plants and working on emergency shutdown systems (ESD, PSD) and thereby
guarantying safe operation and ensuring proper shut down processes.
Reporting to Production superintendent .In charge and responsible for
Field&control room operation & Delegate tasks to Operators and trainee
operators.
. Ensuring all process systems are operated Design capabilities and
monitor.
. Accountable for carrying out daily monitoring duties as required.
. Parameters to maximize production/Quality-making adjustments where
necessary.
. Taking of plant shut down & Start up operation.
. Inspection & Operation of Wellhead platform and well testing.
. Preparation of daily production reports (Gas, oil & water).
. Check and produce reports on: Air compression, Pumping and Utility
equipment.
. Different type of Pump, Compressor handling and Trouble shooting.
. Test Run for the standby equipment as per the Schedule.
. Involving& maintain the preventive maintenance of the plant.
. Isolations and de-isolation of equipment for maintenance.
. Complete weekly and monthly reports.
