General: I offer over +27 years of experience in business and
technology management roles for Retail, Transportation,
Distribution and Financial industries. In my career I have
provided effective personnel, project, contract and
program management experience, with demonstrated
management skills in the areas of client relationship
management, customer service, information systems
management, education, sales, profit & cost management,
financials, communications, leadership development
programs and business process reengineering in direct
management positions of large, complex strategic
outsourcing agreements. My principle strengths of
leadership are growing revenue, organizational and client
communications, new solution development and proposal
cycles, through to delivery of complex projects while
meeting deadlines. I am well rounded, can comfortably
operate in the business realm, the various technical
area's spanning the enterprise, and in an C-Suite
environment in direct supplier to client arrangements. I
have deep service contract experience inclusive of direct
P&L responsibilities and procurement skills with assigned

Financial: I am formally trained in the financial aspects of management.
This training has been expanded with work experience in
budgeting, P&L management, cost control, financial
evaluations, and revenue projection. I have directly
managed both the P&L and cost side of +$150M contracts
successfully to targets.
Managerial: I have over 20 years of personnel management experience;
managing international and domestic teams and
organizations up to 900 personnel. I offer experience in
direct client executive management and multiple levels of
customer service support. In all area's of technology My
experience leverages my personnel management and project
management skills to provide excellent customer
relationship management and sales skills. I have managed
people successfully in educational, information systems,
customer relationship, sales and services, and project
management disciplines.
Project Management: I have managed contracts, transitions, and projects
from 1 month to over five years in length with over 20,500
hours of Project Management experience. I am well versed
in the aspects and concepts of Project Management. I am
particularly strong in implementing enhancements to, and
improving the performance on, existing Request For Service
programs and service Catalog oriented businesses. I also
have a history of fixing troubled contracts, broken client
relationships and improving delivery of high risk
projects.
People: My strong leadership skills include the ability to motivate
people and understand the underlying factors that drive
people to excellence. I have successfully built and
managed organizations in a matrix environment spanning
multiple geographies, both domestically and international.

Service Delivery Manager - Critigen, Managed Services, Denver, CO.
(February 2013 - Present)
Service Delivery Manager with direct responsibility for providing account
management across a client base in multiple industry segments, including
Healthcare, Transportation, Government and Utilities. Responsibilities
include acting a SPOC for the delivery of all Critigen Managed Services,
Financial Management of account P&L, customer satisfaction, program
management, consultation on innovation and best practices for optimizing
Critigen's value proposition to meet client objectives.
IBM Director and Senior Project Executive - Gap, Inc. San Francisco, CA.
(July 2009 - March 2012)
Senior Project Executive with direct P&L responsibility for delivery of a
+$120M multi-country IBM GTS Strategic Outsourcing Agreement with Gap, Inc.
in San Francisco, CA: Project Executive for the GAP account responsible
for all N.A. Stores/Retail operations, all IBM Services to the Old Navy,
Banana Republic and Gap Brand Business Units including CIO's,
International and Corporate Business Units with direct reporting
responsibility to the Corporate CIO. Successfully delivered on all
contractually required services, consistently meeting client KPI's and
Set/Mets, while improving customer satisfaction on a year over year basis.
Annually delivered improved GP above target and grew the base contract via
RFS and addenda activity at a +$10M clip level each year.
Senior Delivery Project Executive - Gap, Inc., San Francisco, CA. (July
2007 - July 2009)
Executive Level Project Management Position: Delivery Project Executive
(DPE) who provides the personnel and account management for a team of
Service Delivery Managers and Project Managers who are responsible for
revenue growth, sales, cost containment, and the delivery elements of the
outsourcing agreements with the Gap, Inc. Provided day-to-day personnel
management support, matrix management support (management of a team of
approximately +800 people which provide 475 FTEs of work), escalation
support, project management, and financial accountability of the delivery
elements of the contract. Contract deliverables include: Help Desk,
Deskside, Server Administration, Mainframe, Store Operations, Security,
Network, Data Center management, SAN Storage/Back up, and RFS Program
Delivery. Direct management of International teams in the USA, Canada,
India, Brazil, and Argentina.
Senior Delivery Project Executive - Cendant Corporation, Denver, CO.
(December 2003 - July 2007)
Executive Level Project Management Position: Delivery Project Executive
(DPE) who directed and managed a large IBM GTS Strategic Outsourcing
contract for a major T&T industry client with a yearly budget of +$165M.
The customer was a conglomerate of businesses in the Hotel Management, Real
Estate Sales, Auto Rental, Timeshare, Tax Processing and Global High
Availability Distribution System for a major U.S. Airlines. Participated in
the divesture of this company into four private publically traded requiring
a restructuring of the IBM GTS contract. Provided day-to-day leadership and
management of this large Delivery organizations including TPF Systems
Support, Mainframe Services, Server Management, Data Center Operations,
Architect Services, RFS Program Delivery and SAN Storage/Back up.
Project Executive - CoBank, Denver, CO. (March 2003 - November 2003)
Strategic Outsourcing Project Executive for the delivery and management
of a 5 year SO contract for CoBank, a national cooperative bank serving
industries across rural America providing loans, leases, export
financing and other financial services in all 50 states.
