Description :
The objective of this project is to deploy Business Objects reporting solution to HR Directors, HR
Managers and Finance Managers allowing them to have data readily available to make fact based
decisions about the company's human capital. The addition of canned reports (dashboard like reports
and/or new reporting templates) will enable HR Directors and HR Managers to extract key information
from Business Objects. This will solve significant Process and Information quality problems that
negatively impact current delivery of HR reports and ad hoc queries.

regarding loan amount, type of loans, type of customers, type of payment schedules, interest rates
(variable or fixed), defaulters list and the penal interest calculations Reports are generated by using
Business objects Enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Installed Business Objects XIR2 version, Migrated Business Objects universes, reports.
