Legacy (Mainframe) Application Migration Program which was tried for

Project Lead (Oct 2004 to Oct 2006)

. Lead a team of 10 to convert raw Title data and load into Advanced

Title System database. Built a robust process that increased the

productivity by reducing the time taken to convert one County data

from 4 Months to 3 Months. This helped the Client to increase the

geological coverage by one county per week from earlier one county per

2 weeks.

. Lead a team of 6 in convert and updating the Tax data by processing

CVTs and year end process.

. Lead a team 4 in developing XML generation module on Mainframe to

supply to XSL used by DTS2 client.

. Worked as lead developer to build the New Jersey Judgment system on

Mainframe using COBOL, CICS and DB2.

. Worked as lead developer to implement all DTS1 features on DTS2

application.

Senior Software Engineer (Feb 2003 to Oct 2004)

. Worked as lead developer to build the batch update process for

Teletitle application on Mainframe using COBOL, CICS and DB2.

. Added new feature to DTS1 application as requested BU by changing

COBOL, PLI and Assembler programs.

. Completed the Title data conversion for 4 counties in a year which

helps to build the confidence of client on offshore team, as a result

bagged multiple projects to be executed in offsite.
