Client Services Manager/Project Manager (2011 to 2013)

Served as primary point of contact for 2500 internal clients and 12

software vendors. Oversee $1.3M project services budget and one direct

report. Processed and fulfilled requests, fielded customer inquiries and

resolved complaints. Procured IT resources and technically trained on new

platforms.

- Cut costs $200K and enhanced end-user experience by upgrading to new

teleconference provider for 200 users.
