Position: CTA for Sprint NV Project

Key Responsibilities / Functions:

Central point of contact for the customer on technical issues and ensuring

the correct SME's are addressing issues, determining root causes and

implementing corrective action plans. The engineer will also be involved

in New Product Introduction (NPI) testing for delivery of any new hardware

or software for the IP products for this customer which may require testing

in ALU's labs

Network and Operation Support

. Proactively and aggressively evaluate the customer's network to

provide improved network reliability

. Provide support for network activities related to Alcatel-Lucent

equipment such as MOP development, review, validation, execution.

. Review network operation for improvements and optimization for new

programs and one time HIGH risk activities

. Provide technical knowledge transfer to the customer

. Proactively review Alcatel-Lucent Product Alerts, Notices, and PCNs

for possible impact to the customer's network and take action if

necessary.

. Communicate and track any Alcatel-Lucent product and software quality

related concerns relative to the existing escalation agreements in

place.

. Represent Alcatel-Lucent at customer quality and operations meeting

pertaining to Alcatel-Lucent equipment.

. Handle CARES administration for our team (user administration,

notifications etc

. Review of System Backup Practices

. AR trending and identification of potential quality issues

. Chronic issues investigation leadership

. Coordinate significant network activities related to supported Alcatel-

Lucent equipment

. Provide technical Product information

. Manage and escalate any Alcatel-Lucent quality related concerns

. Attend ALU and customer quality and operations meetings pertaining to

Alcatel-Lucent equipment

. Promote any customer requested Design Change Requests (DCR) within

Alcatel-Lucent

. Customer specific informal training/tech transfer

Problem management

. Act as technical liaison between customer and Alcatel-Lucent

. Assist the Alcatel-Lucent Technical Support organization (TAC/TEC) in

diagnostic activities remotely or locally.

. Provide technical and process leadership helping the customer

personnel identify technical and procedural issues that may arise

during the supported operations, integration and network roll-out

activities.

. Advocate for the customer during outages or impairments in:

. Collection of diagnostics information

. Retrieval and communications of log files

. Real-time Network Status

. Assisting Alcatel-Lucent's Technical Support (TAC/TEC) in driving root

cause analysis after system impairments and outages

. Facilitating information exchange during root cause analysis and

status reporting to the customer

. Analyzing and communicating root causes of specific network failures

and make recommendations as to process, network or hardware changes

needed.

. Provide weekly updates and progress reports on outstanding technical

issues and develop action plans to resolve technical anomalies.

. Support and monitor deployment plans for maintenance software releases

within the customer region.

Skill Experience;

. Experience in ALU CDMA 1x EVDO RAN/Core/Backhaul Network elements and

call processing.

. Experience in ALU MSC (5ESS, ECP, BTS (Modcell series, CDBS, Compact 4.0

etc), CALEA, 1xRNC, DO-RNC etc), OMP (OMP-FX, OMP-FX v2, OMC-RAN),

software upgrades and scripting, Homing & de-homing of eNodeBs, or BTS's.

Position: Integrations Engineer-UMTS/WCDMA/HSPA Aug 2010-Sept 2012

As a System Integration and Test (SI&T) team members will interact closely

with systems engineering and software/hardware developers to test and

evaluate prototype HSPA+/WCDMA/Lte systems. This includes defining testing

goals, writing test plans, executing tests, trouble shooting and performing

detailed post processing analysis. I have a strong interest in testing,

enjoy working in a lab environment, drive testing (Over The Air testing),

be proactive, and have a hands-on approach to work assignments.

Prime responsibilities:

are integration and test as well as technology demos. Strong
