As the primary IT resource for the company, my primary responsibilities

encompassed the daily maintenance and upkeep of all of the systems used by

the development, QA, customer support and sales divisions. The IT

environment includes machines running operating systems across the board on

Windows (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008/XP/Vista/Windows 7, Linux (Fedora,
