• Established a Command Supply Discipline Program and the accountability, serviceability, and
maintenance of unit property and ancillary equipment
• Coordinated all aspects of logistical and maintenance support with the Directorate of Training
Sustainment, and
Field Management Expansion agencies.
• Managed the ordering of supplies by facilitating cost estimates through various agencies in efforts
to keep cost down
• Ensured that all work orders associated with all property, were conducted through the Department of
Public
Works on time and to standard.

Second in command of 80 personnel whom replicated the National Forces of Iraq and Afghanistan,
and served as a conventional forces expert on counter insurgency operations while replicating the current
operational environment at the U.S. Anny National Training Center.
• Evaluated as the best of qualified of 23 lieutenants in the Squadron, and was responsible for the
Command
Supply Discipline Program and the accountability, serviceability, and maintenance of over $100M in
property.
• Responsible for the operational readiness of the unit's Arm's Room passing numerous Squadron,
Regimental, and Post Wide Arm's room inspections with distinction.
• Conducted all aspects of maintenance and logistical functions with zero defect, and maintained
an operational readiness rate of 80% or higher.
• Coordinated the improvement of working conditions and facilities utilized by Iraqi and
Afghan nationals associated with rotational operations conducted at the Army's National
Training Center.
• Coordinated with the unit Commander to implement all aspects of our mission execution, and
supervising the task of subordinate leaders.
• Led all aspects of the Troop training meeting, utilizing Microsoft Office to construct meeting
slides outlining our operational task sixteen weeks out, to present.
