Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation the Compliance Validation group of the Division of Air Pollution Control,
Nashville Tennessee Evaluate stack test reports for compliance according to E.P.A. methods outlined in 40CFR for industrial
facilities. This is done with a combination of chemistry, algebra,and statistics.All reports are completely recalculated starting
with the raw data to ensure proper formulas and procedures were used to demonstrate compliance. This is accomplished through the usage of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, which most I have written.Conduct source testing of industrial
facilities such as Method 5 particulate, 6 SO2,and 18 VOC along with some OSHA methods for VOC and aid in the
implementation of THC, SO2, and NOx tests.Observe and facilitate said testing in the field. This testing includes everything from E.P.A. Method 5 Particulates to R.A.T.A.s. I have observed tests conducted at most of TVA's fossil plants in the
