Provide detailed technical, safety, and Supervision mentoring, to National staff.

Ensure Operations & Maintenance staff has clear guidelines and directions, so that they

are working within company, international and national policies and procedure.

Monitor production activities, and work with offshore Production and Maintenance

6 years with no lost time accidents on the MingZhu FPSO

In the last year we ramped up oil production from, 25,000bpd to 47,000bpd, 3000bpd

over design, while changing out 85 % COPC staff to new contractor staff.

Stand in Senior OIM for last few months of FPSO production and into off hire/ de-

commissioning activities. Received Special award for Excellent Leadership.
