Ensure Operations & Maintenance staff has clear guidelines and directions, so that they

In the last year we ramped up oil production from, 25,000bpd to 47,000bpd, 3000bpd
over design, while changing out 85 % COPC staff to new contractor staff.
Stand in Senior OIM for last few months of FPSO production and into off hire/ de-
commissioning activities. Received Special award for Excellent Leadership.
