Description Which is involves "FULLY HOT RUNNER SYSTEM", IMC SYSTEM

AND sprung cores, the components are checked on

COMPONENTCMM

for getting of dimensions which was used for shampoo

bottle and the customer is HINDUSTAN UNILEVER LTD.

Responsibilities Involvement of at every stage of operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process and providing a

route card method.

Updating of drawings will be done during manufacturing.

Providing the Checking of jobs at every stage of

operation i.e. online inspection.

Interacting with Vendor, QC divisions for gathering

various technical information.

2. Project Name "L&T EXTERNAL TOP COVER"COMPONENT MOULD 4 CAVITIES

Software Pro/E-Wildfire5.0&delcam FOR MANUFACTURING

Description It is an engineering project, in which cavity & core

inserts are machined in Robotic machines only

Responsibilities Involvement of Drawing, sketch for given supervisor&

operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process, and providing a

route card method

Updating of drawings will be done during manufacturing.

Providing the Checking of jobs at every stage of

operation i.e. online inspection.

Interacting with Vendor, QC divisions for gathering

Various technical information.

3. Project Name Schneider electrical "Bobbin Cap"component,4 cavities

Software Pro/E-Wildfire4.0&DELCAM FOR MANUFACTURING

Description It is an Engineering project which mainly consists of

snaps & inner surface measuring at PROFILE PROJECTOR.

This component is checked IN COMPONENT CMM with the help

of customer designed fixture for getting of dimensions.

it is a challenging project in short period and it is a

very complicated project among all projects and fully MAT

finished component. For this project, totally

300electrodes are used for EDM machining for final

finishing.

It is a first project for this company from Schneider

customer.

Responsibilities Involvement of at every stage of operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process, it means

providing the Fixture where it suitable of operation.

Provide the training for Graduate engineers in production

level.

Updating of drawings will be done during manufacturing.

Providing the Checking of jobs at every stage of

operation i.e. online inspection.

Interacting with Vendor, QC divisions for gathering

Various technical information.

4. Project Name "MORTIEN CAP"&FULLY HOT RUNNER SYSTEM 8 CAVITY MOULD

Software Pro/E-Wildfire4.0 FOR MANUFACTURING OF CORE&CAVITY

Description This project is related to mosquito spray bottle cap, in

this project especially sprung cores are used for easy

ejection of component. This project customer is from

"Godrej company"

Description Which is an engineering project and it is used in

Automobile electrical omponent.

Which are MAT24 finished component & this project is

from Delphi,Germany customer

Responsibilities Involvement of Initial & final stage of operation.

Implementing the manufacturing process, and providing a

route card method

Updating of drawings will be done before manufacturing.

Providing the Checking of jobs at every stage of

operation i.e. online inspection.

Interacting with Vendors, QC divisions for gathering

various technical information.

6. Project Name "PONDS COLD CREAM 100grams cap" FULLY HOT RUNNER SYSTEM,

32 CAVITIES MOULD.

Software Pro/E-Wildfire4.0&DELCAM FOR MANUFACTURING OF CORE&CAVITY

Description This project mainly consist of Threading, Snaps

&Orientation locking system, this is more complicated

project. This project involves SLIDER INSERT,SLEEVE &

SNAP CORES these are the main effective for functioning

and snap cores &sleeves are making of PLASMA NITRIDING

Responsibilities Involvement of at Initial & final stage of operation.
