As Project Manager for SUMEDIAN FINANCE (SUMFI.) CAMEROON (1st Dec 2009-

1stDec 2012)

As a Project Manager for SUMFI, I ensured that the client's requirements

are met, the Project is completed on time and within budget and that

everyone else is doing their job properly.

My particular responsibilities were as follows :

. Representing the client's interest

. Providing independent advice on the management of projects

. Organizing the human resource working on a project.

. Risk assessment/Management

. Ensuring that all the aims/objectives of the project are met on time and

budget.

. Ensuring to keep a good quality standards.

. Keeping track of workers and progress

. Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors

. Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained

. Accounting, costing and billing.

. Agreeing Project objectives /Project Evaluations
