departments in this 125k Square foot building with future 2013 plans to relocate into a 700,000 square foot

building with the consolidation of the other satellite location located north of Atlanta which is about 90k

square foot location.

the Receiving Department with a cost savings of 35% within the first year of 40k Dollars and load out nightly of

20+outbound trucks to leave on time without any delay 99.9% goal (Achieved).

• Overseen and increased the production process of CPH (CASES PER HOUR) within the first year

improved production from 1400cph to 2000+ sustained with a cost saving of 66k versus previous year OT

payout and reduction in damages and mis picks in this fully Automated process which consist of Roughly

1000 different SKU and growing (Beer, Liquors/spirits, N/A)

• Managed and developed Supervisors to think outside the box to achieve the optimum result of production

and loading to the effect of receiving the Highly acclaimed Ambassador of Excellence award (2012) for

Wholesaler of the Year in our Region and Top 3 in the Country out of 500+ other Wholesalers and articles

written about our process in Modern Material Handling www.mmh.com September 01 2012 subscription.

• Reviewed daily operating report with Upper management on a weekly basis to benchmark progress which

consisted of V.P. of Operations direct report Chief financial officer, president and C.E.O and at various times

had to facilitate this weekly meeting.
