improved production from 1400cph to 2000+ sustained with a cost saving of 66k versus previous year OT
payout and reduction in damages and mis picks in this fully Automated process which consist of Roughly
1000 different SKU and growing (Beer, Liquors/spirits, N/A)
• Managed and developed Supervisors to think outside the box to achieve the optimum result of production
and loading to the effect of receiving the Highly acclaimed Ambassador of Excellence award (2012) for

• Reviewed daily operating report with Upper management on a weekly basis to benchmark progress which
consisted of V.P. of Operations direct report Chief financial officer, president and C.E.O and at various times
had to facilitate this weekly meeting.
