ACADEMIC PROJECT:
ACCIDENT CONTROL BY PREVENTING MOBILE &ALCOHOL USAGES IN
VEHICLES BY USING MICROCONTROLLER
The project mainly is used to prevent the accidents causing by distraction of drivers,
especially when using mobile phones, consuming alcohols, and over speed. This project consists
of three units namely sensing unit, control unit and braking unit. The simple working principle of
the module is if any of the sensor namely mobile or alcohol sensor senses any signal then the
output is given to the microcontroller which then drives the braking system which immediately
stops the vehicle. Thus the chances for accidents are reduced.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Secured First prize in AD-ZAP competition conducted by Government college of
Engineering, Salem, Tamil Nadu(March 2013).

Participated in seminar on EMBEDDED SYSTEM PROJECTS conducted by
