Log Book, Bill Book, Visitor Register, Lost & Found

register etc.

Supervision of Hygiene Level maintain by Room boy while

carrying out their work.

Checking of grooming of all the staff.

Handling Guest Calls any Special Request or any Complaints,

T imely Passing the message to Floor Supervisor to fulfill the

same without delay

Handling the guest complaints at Earliest, Passing the

message to the Concern person & Getting reply for same

w ithout delay,

Handling parties & Taking Bookings
