Responsibilities :
Designation: Associate Quality Assurance
New development of gauges for smooth production.
Responsible for in-house calibration & maintenance of measuring instruments
Responsible for all Stage Inspection such as in process inspection, receiving inspection
Final Inspection.
Check the first of sample of the product in daily basis.
Responsible for Man power Handling.
Working of Third Party Inspector in vendor company.
JOB PROFILE:-
Check internal inspection of dimensions as per assembly and part drawing.
Knowledge of 7 tools and six sigma.
Knowledge of NDT.
Basic knowledge of Indian standard codes.
Check the first of sample of the product in daily basis.
Performing fabrication as per design drawing, details drawing &as per the code and
specification.
Handle the manpower in shop floor and work distribution according to planning.
Short out the problems & clarifying drawing to subordinates.
Knowledge about measuring instruments like height gauge, vernier caliper,
micrometer, bore gauge, dial gauge, contour graph, profile projector, trimos,
hardness tester, roughness tester, plating tester Etc.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITY:-
