INTRODUCTION LETTER

TO: PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION

This letter is to introduce myself as a Full-Time or Temporary Senior

Construction Site Superintendent/Construction Manager/Civil Structural

Engineer who can be retained for a Full-Time Project or for a Temporary

position on site, in time of need or in a matter of extreme urgency.

I have been active in the construction field for over 41 years assisting

and satisfying numerous Owners, Developers and General Contractors, while

working on a variety of Residential High-Rise Luxury Condominiums, Hi-Rise

Rental Apartment Towers, Residential Long Term Care Facilities, Hospital

Projects, Medical Health Care Facilities, Water and Sewage Treatment

Plants, Commercial High-Rise Towers, Detention Centre For Young Offenders,

Industrial/Commercial Low-Rise Structures, Restoration of Heavy Civil

projects, Restoration of Residential Hi-Rise Structures and Restoration

of Hi-Rise Hotel Structures on a Full-Time (start - completion and final

occupancy turnover position) or Temporary position through-out Southern

Ontario.

Projects that I have been retained on in a Full-Time position or Temporary

position to accelerate construction activities entail the immediate

construction take-over and supervision of all field activities and

operations upon 24 hours notice.

If you require a Senior Construction Site Superintendent/Construction

Manager/Civil Structural Engineer for a long-term project or for a short

period of time who is committed to ensuring that projects remain on

Budget or below Budget, you may want to consider the possibility of

retaining someone such as myself on a Weekly, Monthly or Project by

Project basis to assist you on a permanent Full-Time Project or Temporary

position.
