ACADEMIC PROJECT
-DESIGN AND ANALYSIS OF MEMS SENSOR WITH CONTROL CIRCUITRY
Duration:- 1 year
Working Roll:-Design, simulation and characterization of MEMS based
cantilever
Details:- MEMS (Micro electro mechanical system) are typically defined as
microscopic devices designed, processed, and used to interact or produce
changes within a local environment. Sensors are a class of MEMS which are
designed to sense and interact with their environment.Different sensors are
like temperature sensor, biosensor, gas sensor, pressure sensor. In our
research work we focused on temperature sensor which can be used to detect
hot spots on silicon die. Before going for actual fabrication we designed
and carried out various analysis on single layer as well as bilayer
cantilever in Coventorware. With the best feasible design parameters,
fabrication of single layer as well as bilayer devices is carried out in
order to validate simulated and experimental results.
-DESIGNED A WIRELESS MONITORING SYSTEM IN POWER DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER
STATION BASED ON GSM (IEEE 2010):-
Duration:-3 months
Working Roll:- Entire system design
Details:- It is difficult and expensive to construct the communication
wires to monitor and control each power distribution transformer station.
So system is designed which will continuously monitor the transform and
send the message through GSM module regarding the shut down of
transformer. Micro controller used ATMEGA32 and GSM sim900.
