Summary
The ability of a man is not always in what he has done but in what he has the potential to do. What is
offered is to get to work early, do the work that the company needs and wants done, solve problems, find
ways to do it better, work as long as is needed or required and then go home and not think of work until
t he next day. There have been accomplishments in many areas from custodial to management. Machines
have been run, equipment has been operated, repairs and t roubleshooting have been performed. Tasks
and matters have been planned, organized and assigned. Tests have been performed and research has
been conducted. Reports have been submit ted and filed. Children have been listened to as to why kids do
not need to study or make their beds. They have been taken to emergency rooms and have had news
b roken to them of their relatives deaths. Work has been effected alone and as part of a team on all three
shifts. Almost anything can be learned and almost anything can be done. What will not be done is to
b reak the law, stab people in the back, go outside the chain of command, take credit for others work, talk
more sports than work or lie. The last employer is placed fi rst in the experience subdivision followed by
work that may be more closely linked to this field without regard to time sequence.
