1999-2011;

Working as Home Health visiting Nurse(Epic and Celebrity home health care), responsible for patients Evaluation and assessment, perform IV care in the home for hydration, antibiotic IV care, PICC line care, wounds care, pressure ulcers care, G-tube care, folly catheter care, o2 use, COPD patients, diabetes care, pain management, falls and injury,Alzheimer's patients, Dementia, Parkinson's disease, teach patients on their medications prescribed, identify problems and complications and report to MD, Oasis completion, supervise LVN's, CHHS's, Refer to physical therapy, occupational therapy and MSW in the home setting. 1999-2001;assistence for director of nursing in celebrity Home Care, had to live my position due my son injury(car accident) and went back to the field as a visiting Nurse.

1995-1998; Liberty home care and Highland home care-visited patients in various residential care facilities.
