. Responsible for handling the full life cycle of software consulting

services (posting jobs, identifying talents / resumes, searching the

database, asking for referrals, evaluating candidates for positions,

negotiating rates, setting up interviews and closing the positions).

. Solid experience in consultant, employers, vendor negotiation

management.

. Great proficiency and knowledge in recruiting techniques such as

vendor networking, job boards, Internet searches, Databases and

Referrals.

. Responsible for Tracking, Analyzing, Prioritizing and resumes.

. Responsible for preparing search strings, sourcing consultants and

short-list the resumes depending on the requirements.

. Developing and maintaining quality relationships with software Vendors

/ Clients and Consultants. Maintain database keeping accurate (up-to-

date) by continually adding new contact information.

. Speak to the consultants/employers regarding their technical skills,

interest, availability and convince them regarding pay rates,

relocations.

. Pre screening of potential consultants in terms of their

qualification, work experience, reference checks and remuneration etc.

. Screening Resumes, Short-listing and qualifying the candidates,

Headhunting and Networking of candidates for recruitment.

. Identify suitable candidates quickly across various technologies;

evaluate skills & experience, screening candidates.

. Get confirmation from consultants/employers pay-rate: hourly/per

day/annual through e-mail on rate confirmation agreement.

. Plan and coordinate new strategies in improving the recruiting

activities.

. Responsible for submitting resumes accounting managers.

. Consulted almost all Technology consultants such as C, C++, C#,

Oracle, SQL, Java, J2ee, XML, Tibco, .Net, ASP. Net, ADO. Net, HTML,

DHTML, Visual Basic, Web Logic, Cobol, DB2, Sybase, People Soft,

Oracle Apps/Financials, UNIX, Red-Hat Linux, Sun Solaris, TCP/IP,
