5 DESCRIPTION

The open nature of the wireless medium leaves it vulnerable to intentional

interference attacks typically referred to as jamming. This international

interference with wireless transmission can be used as launch pad for

denial of service attacks on wireless networks. To mitigate we develop

three schemas that prevent real time packet classification by combining

cryptographix primitives with physical layer attributes. We analyse the

security of our methods and evaluate their computational and communication

overhead.
