. Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer

. Prepares and maintains Quality directives, policies, processes,

procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer,

regulatory requirements, international standards and working

agreements are deployed.

cause of problems.

. Analyzes data to provide material review dispositions for

nonconforming materials, parts, and equipment.

. Participates in contract negotiations.

. Administers to Quality budgets for on-contract work packages.

. Lead and conduct First Article Inspections. Also conducted and

participated in Physical/ Functional Configuration Audits.

Project Manager and General Contractor for Dreamcatcher Developments.

Managed a residential building project in Eureka Springs Arkansas valued

between 1.5 and 2 million dollars. Also served as the General Contractor

and Sales and Marketing Manager for the Lindal Cedar Home sales division.

Jan 2002 - 2005

Residential Building Contractor. Responsibilities included cost estimation

of all residential construction projects from new home construction to

extensive remodel projects. Close interface with customers and sub-

contractors. Responsible for the management and scheduling of all sub-

contracted work to ensure all construction deadlines were met and costs

were maintained.

March 1987 - December 2001

Boeing Commercial Airplane Co.

Last position held was Fabrication and Assembly Manager. Responsibilities

included the following:

. Managed as many as 70+ employees in the production and assembly of

composite hardware for the 737NG and 777 aircraft.

. Led product improvement teams, AIW workshops, and Keisen (LEAN)

activities.

. Managed all shop related safety issues, budgets, and training.

. Work daily with liaison and design engineers to improve costs and

improve quality.

. Participated in design reviews for new product offerings or upgrades

to existing products.

. Managed 6-axis milling machines in the production of composite

aircraft hardware.

. Worked for 2.5 years as a composite repair technician repairing

composite aircraft hardware.

. Worked as a Corrective Action Coordinator investigating rejected

hardware in an effort to conclude root cause and corrective actions to

preclude reoccurrences.

Education and Training

. Masters in Business Administration from Newman University. Graduated in

June, 2007

. Bachelors Degree in Business from Newman University. Graduated in

December, 1998. Graduated Cum Laude.

. Have completed of the 16 week Six Sigma Green Belt training.
