My name is Massimo Sorrento and I am interested in applying for the

position as a District Manager. For the past several years I have been

working as a head cook Working in the restaurant it has given me the

opportunity to learn how I love what I do, I have experience managing a

restaurant that seats 40. This was my family restaurant. I feel that it is

very emportant to work in a safe and clean enviourment.

At my present job I am incharge of making gourmet pizza's. I enjoy working

at Pizziolo, but there is no chance for advancement. With the experience

that I have I feel that I am not being chalanged to my abillitiy.
