Conversion. Responsible for turn-key on rental and condominiums.

Maintain a physical occupancy of 90% and above throughout the

conversion. Prepared all financial reports, draw reports, and budget

reconciliation for the condo conversion. Assist the Spanish speaking

residents with a working knowledge of the lease agreement,rules and

policies. Maintained extremely low delinquency. Property Converted in

Condominiums.

Accomplishments: Won award for lowest delinquency continuously for a 12 month period

6/2003-7/2004 Savannah Suites Hotel

Supervision of Housekeeping staff and Front Desk clerks. Check in/Out

Guest, process payments. Troubleshoot any hotel concern. Maintain all

cash, credit and voucher receipts. Assist with laundry on Weekends.
