Director, Compensation and Corporate Benefits and HRIS - 04/2008 to 03/2013

• Provided strategic and operational leadership in the research, design, analysis, planning, implementation, administration and communication of compensation programs (cash, equity and executive compensation), corporate benefits, retirement programs, senior staff recruiting and HRIS implementation.

• Led the planning, analysis and administration of the annual compensation review process (including executive compensation and equity) for the firm, supervised 2 associates, advised executive and line management teams on rewards/pay strategies. Total compensation budget of ~$75M in salaries, ~$50M in bonus, ~$180M in other incentives along with equity.

• Worked directly with Executives and line managers to develop adequate talent portfolio strategies. • Directed third party partners, negotiating agreements and communicating desired program needs for HRIS, corporate benefits and HR related consulting services.

• Led the HR Compliance and risk mitigation efforts relating to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, terminations and other applicable Labor laws and regulations and training with outside counsel.
