• Provided strategic and operational leadership in the research, design, analysis, planning, implementation, administration and communication of compensation programs (cash, equity and executive compensation), corporate benefits, retirement programs, senior staff recruiting and HRIS implementation.
• Led the planning, analysis and administration of the annual compensation review process (including executive compensation and equity) for the firm, supervised 2 associates, advised executive and line management teams on rewards/pay strategies. • Led the HR Compliance and risk mitigation efforts relating to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), FMLA, ADA, COBRA, Worker’s Compensation, terminations and other applicable Labor laws and regulations and training with outside counsel.
