Description :
This project developed through the Loan STP process.
Straight through Processing (STP) is a process technology
supported by policy that allows an organization to enter
the elements of a loan request along with all supporting
data (financial statements, tax returns, balance sheets,
profit/loss statements, etc) and then re-use the
information throughout the entire application/credit
decision lifecycle.
The Loan STP Model consists of Data Capture, Doc
Preparation, Loan Setup & Funding, Collateral Review, and
Collateral Release modules. New Request creates the Loan
STP object and initiates the Data Capture process
defined. The Data Capture is the starting point for the
entire Loan STP process. The Doc Prep business involves
in CSC fills in the required information for a Doc Prep
Request. The Loan Setup and Funding starts when the CSC
updates booking information. The system automatically
routes to each facility in the loan. Each work is routed
to the appropriate LS&F work basket as defined .The
system routes the list of errors back to the original
LS&F staff in Loan booking package. Collateral maintain
the documents in the mail and indicates that the
documents have been received and imaged. The Doc Review
staff indicates that the documents have been reviewed.
Collateral Release is the process of releasing the
documents.

Description : The Employee Services unit of the Human Resources
division of Bank Of America
needs an application to track and manage all leave
requests raised by its employees. This application will
allow the employees to raise two different types of leave
requests - Simple Leave Request and Special Leave
Request. Employees can raise requests for multiple leave
intervals under one simple or special leave request.
Leave requests will be approved or rejected by the
Project Manager or the Employee Services Manager. At all
times, the remaining number of leaves available for each
employee will be maintained in a Data table called the
Employee Leave Records.
An employee can raise a Simple Leave Request if the total
number of days of leaves requested does not exceed the
number of leaves available to him/her. To avail leaves
beyond the available number of leaves, he/she needs to
raise a Special Leave Request.
