an annual budget and managing to that budget. Hiring key personnel of a

staff of seven. Managing the estimating schedules. Oversee and approve

project budgets of successful bids. Managing and maintaining TSI/MAP

estimating software. Implementing piping and plumbing data, and software

development. Preparing data for monthly backlog reports to help manage and

/ NTE contracts with very short demanding schedules. Special focus on

Senior Project Manager / Estimator

Duties Included For all Projects: Contract administration, job site office

staff supervision, prime contractor / sub-contractor coordination,

estimating, cost control, and cost accountability, labor management,

productivity tracking, expediting, subcontract negotiation, subcontract and

prime contract review and negotiation, writing subcontracts, equipment buy-

out, project management training, estimates, change orders and completed

project sale. All out of town, out of state work, including Alaska, was

managed from Portland, with frequent site visits.

October 1974 to October 1987 Oregon Mechanical Company Salem, OR

President and Partner (Sold company to partner to go with Fullman)

Duties included; all of the daily aspects of managing a small contracting

firm with annual sales of 1.5 to 2 million dollars. Started as an

Apprentice Plumber, then Journeyman, then Foreman. Responsibilities as a

managing partner included all financial responsibilities, marketing,

project management, estimating, and labor coordination and relations.

City of Dallas Texas Wylie Waste Water Treatment Plant. 2.8 Million

Mechanical Total Project Value: 125 M Million HVAC, plumbing and

controls.

Arizona Power Supply Outage Support Facility. 300 K Process Piping

Total Project Value 10 Million 304 Stainless steel process piping.

Commercial/Institutional:

Barry Goldwater High School Glendale AZ. 2 Million Mechanical Total

Project Value: 10 Million HVAC plumbing and controls retro fit. Fifty-

seven day schedule.

San Carlos Rural Health Center. 1.8 Million. Total Project Value: 80

Million Remote health facility for the Indian Health Service. HVAC,

controls, and plumbing.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE WITH TEMP CONTROL

Industrial:

Intel, Planar Expansion. Fab 15. Aloha, OR. 6 Million. Tool install,

all process high purity gases piping, and process exhaust. Slurry

piping and slurry handling equipment, tool move in and set. One-year

schedule.

Komatsu Silicon America. Hillsboro, OR. Design assist 4.2 Million.

Total Project Value 900 Million EPI Tool install, all process piping,

utility piping, DI water piping, process waste, and process exhaust.

Three-month schedule.

Fujitsu Manufacturing. Gresham, OR. 500 Thousand. Various sustaining

projects including CDA tie-in, failure analysis lab addition and retro

fit. Scope included process piping, utility piping, HVAC piping, and

ductwork, process exhaust.

Maxim Integrated Products. Beaverton, OR. 6 Million. Fab 3

expansion. HVAC piping and duct, process piping, utility piping,

process waste. High purity gases. 5 M tool upgrades, six-inch tool

upgrades. All tool move in and set. The project peaked at over 6M.

Three-month schedule, 150 people. T&M not to exceed contract.

ETEC Systems. Beaverton, OR. 2 Million Various sustaining projects

in existing facility that included Fab expansion and tool installs,

HVAC, process piping and exhaust.

Commercial/Institutional:

Oregon Health Sciences University, River Campus. Portland OR. 9

Million. Total Project Valve 50 Million

One of the first buildings in the redevelopment of Portland's south

water front. Sixteen story building full medical facility. Scope

includes all HVAC equipment, HVAC piping and duct, medical steam

systems, medical air, vacuum, medical gases, medical alarms and

outlets, and valves, acid waste, and plumbing systems.

Hillsboro Civic Center. Hillsboro, OR 2.6 Million Total Project Value

10 Million. Five story design-build facility for the City of

Hillsboro. HVAC and plumbing systems. LEED Gold Certification.

Oregon State University Kelley Engineering. Corvallis OR, 1.5 Million

Total project Value 10 Million

Four story teaching facility serving the Engineering department. Scope

included HVAC duct work. Fume hoods. LEED Gold Certification.

Clark County Exhibition Hall. Ridgefield WA. 1.8 Million Total Project

Value 8 Million.

New 97,000 square foot facility. HVAC and plumbing systems.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE WITH SOUTHLAND INDUSTRIES

Commercial:

Oregon Humane Society. 1.3 Million Total Project Value 8 Million.

HVAC and process piping systems for a state of the art animal care and

shelter facility with animal medical facilities.

Industrial:

Intel Fab 11 West. Rio Rancho, NM. 19 Million Total Project Value 60

Million. Process piping, utility piping, process waste, OFA, ICW, all

utilities. Total refitting of an existing fab, floor to ceiling & wall-

to-wall, all sub-fab support. Project totaled 200,000 man-hours over

six months; manpower peaked at 200 people working 24-7.

Intel JF-4 Office Building. 9 Million Total Project Value 25 Million.

Restart of a building, mothballed in 1994. All HVAC piping, equipment,

lab process piping, OFA, N2, PCW. Project totaled 30,000 man-hours

over 4 months.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE WITH FULLMAN COMPANY

Commercial/Institutional:

Kotzebue Hospital, Kotzebue, AK. 7 Million Total Project Value 85

Million. Three year project. State of the art replacement hospital for

the Indian Health Service. All medical services, dental, OBGYN,

surgical and managed care. Kotzebue is 600 miles north of Nome AK.

above the Artic Circle. All HVAC equipment, tools, trucks, pipe, valve

and fitting were sent to Seattle WA. by May of each year to arrive in

Kotzebue by barge on July 4th. Scope included all HVAC equipment, HVAC

piping and duct, humidification, and medical steam systems, medical

air, vacuum, dental vacuum, medical gases, all medical equipment,

compressors, pumps, alarms, outlets, and valves, acid waste, fuel oil

piping and fuel oil handling systems, plumbing systems and waste

handing systems unique to the area.

Oregon Health Sciences University, C Wing Addition and Remodel,

Portland, OR 2.5 Million Total Project Value 8.5 Million. Oregon's

teaching hospital, in an extremely congested area. Eight floor

addition, with remodel and tie-ins at the main building. Material

could only be delivered to the site as needed on short-term basis.

Scope included all HVAC equipment, HVAC piping and duct, medical steam

systems, medical air, vacuum, medical gases, medical alarms and

outlets, and valves, acid waste, and plumbing systems

Oregon Health Sciences University, Mechanical Upgrades Portland, OR.

1.5 Million. 6 month retro-fit of piping that included new condenser

water, chilled water and heating water pumps and equipment. 10 and 12

inch piping ran from the basement to the roof, 10 stories in an

existing fully functional facility.

Meridian Park Hospital Tualatin, OR 2 Million Total Project Value 9.5

Million. Addition including nursery, 1-year schedule. Scope included

all HVAC equipment, HVAC piping and duct, medical steam systems,

medical air, vacuum, medical gases, medical alarms and outlets, and

valves, acid waste, and plumbing systems.

Industrial:

Hewlett Packard Building 8 & Energy Center, Corvallis, OR. 7.2 Million

Total Project Value 65 Million. Facility, 6-month schedule. Scope

included a new energy center to serve building 8 and future buildings.

Scope included all HVAC equipment, all HVAC piping and duct, condenser

water, oil free air systems, steam systems, process piping, ink

handling piping and equipment, vacuum pumps and piping, acid waste

systems, plumbing systems. Custom air handlers were set with air

bearings.

Oregon Graduate Institute Hillsboro OR 1.8 Million Total Project Value

12 Million. Lab Facility, Scope included DI water systems, process

piping, and acid waste systems, fume hoods, clean dry air, HVAC

equipment, piping and duct, laboratory supply and exhaust valve

systems.

Commercial:

Fairbanks Princess Hotel, Fairbanks, AK 2.6 Million Total Project

Value 25 Million. 200-room hotel, 2-year schedule. Scope included,

all HVAC equipment piping and duct, steam systems, plumbing systems,

fuel oil piping and handling systems, restaurant, commercial laundry

and banquet facilities.

Fred Meyer, Fairbanks, AK 2.5 Million. Retail facility, 6-month

schedule. The Fred Meyer chain is much like a Wal-Mart Super Store.

This building was 200,000 square feet. Scope included all HVAC

equipment piping, and duct, steam humidification systems, plumbing

systems, fuel oil piping and fuel oil handling systems.

PROJECT EXPERIENCE WITH OREGON MECHANICAL

Residential:

Sterling Point Apartments Beaverton, OR. 500 Thousand. 300 unit

facility. Plumbing systems. Completed on an 8-month schedule.

Meadow Creek Apartments, Beaverton, OR. 550 Thousand. 300 unit

facility. Plumbing systems, 9-month schedule.

French Prairie Apartments Wilsonville, OR. 350 Thousand. 200 unit

facility. Plumbing systems, completed on an 8 month schedule.

Institutional:

Lakeport Care Center, Lakeport, CA. 400 Thousand. 50 bed nursing home

in remote location. Plumbing systems.
