Subsidiary of Samsung Engineering-
General Manager, EPC Combined Cycle Power Plants, PDH and Chemical Plants.
Managing the company's Power Generating Projects, construction,
installation, startup and commissioning, effectively in a union
environment. Obtaining all required permitting and project approval
processes at the federal, provincial and regional levels.
Effectively negotiate Project Labor Agreements, National Construction
Agreements, National Maintenance Agreements, and implement them effectively
on a construction project. Work with Owners in regards to project funding
and project implementation procedures. Project values are $800 Million
each.

Oversee and manage large turnkey power generation projects worldwide for
Caterpillar (CPGS).
Managed projects through award stage though startup, commissioning and
completion in Chile, Brazil, Germany and Bangladesh. I worked on contract
assignment through Universal Energy Inc. LLC., to Caterpillar Power
Generation Services.
Managed all CPGS Projects, staff, work schedules, interfaces and ensured

. Managed $80M EPC I&C 9 kilometer 16" pipeline that will be is feeding
a 120 MMscfd Cryogenic gas plant for gas processing. A New 24" feeder
from the gas plant into the main domestic gas grid in Nigeria. A
upgrade to the 120 MMscfd gas plant, construction of a new 220 MMscfd
Cryogenic gas plant and piping to tie into the supply line and to the
domestic gas grid system.
. Established Contracts for power plants that will be installed in Abuja
in the next 5 years for a total of 1000 MW's of power is available for
the domestic power grid.
