SEA CONSTRUCTION LLC 12-2011 to Present

Subsidiary of Samsung Engineering-

General Manager, EPC Combined Cycle Power Plants, PDH and Chemical Plants.

Managing the company's Power Generating Projects, construction,

installation, startup and commissioning, effectively in a union

environment. Obtaining all required permitting and project approval

processes at the federal, provincial and regional levels.

Effectively negotiate Project Labor Agreements, National Construction

Agreements, National Maintenance Agreements, and implement them effectively

on a construction project. Work with Owners in regards to project funding

and project implementation procedures. Project values are $800 Million

each.

Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices and encourages

individual integrity. Established a positive and ethical work climate that

Maintaining and monitoring staffing levels, expectations and motivation to

Work Contract- Sr. Project Manager & Assistant Director, Construction &

Project Services.

Oversee and manage large turnkey power generation projects worldwide for

Caterpillar (CPGS).

Managed projects through award stage though startup, commissioning and

completion in Chile, Brazil, Germany and Bangladesh. I worked on contract

assignment through Universal Energy Inc. LLC., to Caterpillar Power

Generation Services.

Managed all CPGS Projects, staff, work schedules, interfaces and ensured

completion dates and performance guarantees were met.

Provide on-site guidance, as required, to field personnel for facility

operations, maintenance and capital expansion projects.

Developed and implemented project execution plans, safety plans, quality

SCOPE: Manage and lead resources as set out by the CEO and Board of

Directors of a global energy company with interests in Nigeria.

Plan, develop and implement strategy for operational management and

. Managed $80M EPC I&C 9 kilometer 16" pipeline that will be is feeding

a 120 MMscfd Cryogenic gas plant for gas processing. A New 24" feeder

from the gas plant into the main domestic gas grid in Nigeria. A

upgrade to the 120 MMscfd gas plant, construction of a new 220 MMscfd

Cryogenic gas plant and piping to tie into the supply line and to the

domestic gas grid system.

. Established Contracts for power plants that will be installed in Abuja

in the next 5 years for a total of 1000 MW's of power is available for

the domestic power grid.

Largest project was a six (6) Billion USD gas turbine power plant &

compressor pipeline system installed in Venezuela by Kawasaki & Siemens USA

for PDVSA

. Work with internal and external customers for initial proposal

stage, project award stage, engineering and fabrication stage,

Technical Advisors from initial installation through startup,

commissioning and commercial operations.

. Led the project team winning award of the company's first mid-

sized gas turbines in North America. Gas turbine generator and

. Responsible for the successful EPC I&C of the first Kawasaki

that were manufactured, tested, installed, startup and commissioning of gas

compressor sets and back into the mail gas line.

Largest Projects were pipeline and compressor stations for Pemex, El Paso
