Researcher - Computer Science and Automation Department:
Involved in the Robot Assistant “ASIBOT” project (ASIBOT is portable assistant robot that aids elderly
and disabled people by bringing more freedom in daily tasks as eating, drinking, shaving, make up,
tooth cleaning, etc.). Developed an interface to control the robot using the 3D movement capture
camera (Kinect).
Participated in a national mini -humanoid contest representing the Carlos III University in Spain. In this
contest my fellow students and I built and programmed a robot with detection sensors to walk, climb
stairs and combat other robots.
