Diversified is based out of Plantation, FL and distributes cosmetics and
fragrances worldwide. Responsibilities include, developing and implementing
policy and procedures for warehouse operations, developing security
programs and policy, exploring new business opportunities, sourcing and
developing new retail sales outlets, and special projects for
President/Owner.

included, integrating two new cosmetic brands into existing operation,
developed policies and procedures for inventory management, replenishment,
order fulfillment and warehouse put-a-way.

Manager of Logistics
Puig USA is a global Fragrance/Cosmetics company which distributes brands
such as Prada, Carolina Herrera, Paco Rabanne and Nina Ricci to name a few.
This position is responsible for managing the 3rd party warehouse and
shipping group, inventory management and control and reporting activities
for the organization including Puig USA, Puig Canada, and Glamour. In
addition, this position is responsible for customer service and order
processing for the same units.
. Plans and directs the movement of finished products to and from the
warehouse facility including shipping, receiving, transportation and
warehousing;
. Oversees the sales service function, supporting four business units,
to ensure timely movement of order processing reducing turnaround time
from 4 days to 1.7 days on average, including resolution of priority
shipments and allocation discrepancies;
. Monitor compliance with department budgets and policies including the
management in the reduction of freight expenses by 12%; develops
enhancements and upgrades to current processes and systems;
. Establishes operational procedures for activities such as verification
of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of
materials and keeping the warehouse inventory accurate by improving
and maintaining a rate of 99.7%;

billion in annual sales. Supervised over 160 personnel including four
directors, 12 managers and staff.
Oversaw distribution and supply chain function including processing, order
picking and shipping throughout North America.
. Negotiated contracts with vendors regarding maintenance and security
services for 640,000 square foot facility with 350 employees.
. Led project to negotiate purchase order consolidation with major
customers, reducing order frequency 25-35%, and significantly reducing
packaging and labor costs.
. Saved $2 million in first year after initiating program to minimize
vendor charge backs.
