BHEL's operations are organized around three business sectors, namely Power, Industry including Transmission,

Transportation, Telecommunication & Renewable Energy and Overseas Business.

The project was to implement AutoCAD designing center at Jhansi. The SUN SS20 server was installed for this

processing. This center was having 110 nodes for designing & all are connected to Sun Server. The project started with

site Planning, Network planning, installation of hardware, installation and configuration of SOLARIS 2.5 on SS20, Solaris

administration. On site support on Solaris (OS) & SUN Microsystems servers.

Ultra 60; Intranet connectivity with the help of routers & VSET, Solaris administration. On site support for Solaris 2.5.1 & 7.1
