Hired and managed in house and offshore development team to create and launch multi

national Android, IOS, and Blackberry 10 mobile application. Also migrated offshore

enterprise .NET Saas application to in house development team. Created and owned the

product roadmap for the company with an annual IT budget of $500,000.

• Delivered native multi lingual IOS and Android app in 8 weeks
