SKILL AND STRENGTH: Field devices and other instruments: Involved checking and calibration of field devices like control valves, RTDs, Thermocouples, temperature transmitter, level sensor and level transmitter, smartDPT(rosemount),pressure transmitter(rosemount),proximity switches, limit switches, DFP2000 pyrometer, PID controllers, various flow/pressure switches, current to pressure converter.

Involved in hardwired connection of all Field Instruments from field to PLC and their input/output Knowledge of 50 mva Trasformer(TAMINI) and VCB(Siemens) Knowledge of 90 Ton EAF,LRF.
