assembly. Insert bonded assembly to fixture to cure into U.V. light. Perform other

assigned tasks by the department.

Product Builder II

Duties: Performed operations in accordance with the Assembly Procedures by soldering

components on the flex assembly, test and tuning RF antennae assembly, attaching flex assembly

to feedthru by using epoxy, connecting feedthru assembly to the PCB, flexing around on other

operations when needed such as welding back-up bands for device cases, spot weld cases before

laser welding and weld battery assembly to PCBA.Test the device functionality using Assembly

Test Procedures. Stamped off travelers upon completion of each operations. Performed other

assigned tasks by the department.

Duties: Soldering and welding under microscope, operates resistance welding

machine, performed inspection on components. Performed reworks if required by

engineering disposition, test device functionality and performed other assigned

tasks by the department.

Duties: Inspect all incoming materials in accordance to engineering

specifications. Issued materials on production line, shipped all finished products

to customers, do kittings, inventories and all others assigned works by the

deparment.
