• Verifying employment, salary, residence, and vehicle information while using available internet and telephone resources in order to protect the interests of Condor Capital.
• Proofreading all retail contract and official registration information from dealerships in varying states, to make sure all forms were filled out correctly following company and legal guidelines. Examining to see if all late fees and bounced check fees comply with state laws.
• Contacting insurance companies to find out total loss payment information coincides with contracted information and adding Condor as the loss payee for all handled loans.
• Calculating warranty and GAP information on total losses to accurately determine what the payment to Condor should be.
