This project was to build a Filling Station for Fuel storage and selling to public. The scope of works included

permanent road and Underground pipe line for utility service. All filling stations Comprise with Commissary.

Duties:

1. Inspecting position of rebar and formwork and embedded items prior to concrete casting of:

• Pipe supports foundations

• Heavy equipment foundation

• Concrete pavements

• Drainage channels

• Stanchions foundations for steel structures and Pipe racks

2. Inspecting concrete delivery and pouring activities to make sure supplied concrete were meets the

specifications and requirements.

3. Inspecting underground pipe laying works making sure all steps involve are followed as in specification

and inspection test plan.

4. Inspecting all permanent road works for the plant to ensure compliance
