Provided Site Safety & Security Assessments for 2,200+ U.S. Armed Forces Facilities for the DoD under the RCSUP contract with the USACE.

Delivered detailed CAD drawings and Safety & Security Upgrade recommendations for each Site.

Screened and supervised sub-contractors for the Mitigation of Upgrades at those Sites.

Coordinated the scheduling of equipment, materials, subcontractors and Facilities personnel for each Site.

Utilized customized equipment and reporting tools to provide on time and accurate to project statuses to the USACE.
