PROFILE

I am a system manager and computer support specialist with over 20 years of experience in an informatics operational environment. I have 3 years working experience as a Level 3 AD Administration and Support specialist for GM Worldwide. This role was responsible for GM’s Active Directory component from GPO settings, account management, DFS links, Firewall changes, as well as change management and AD reporting. I possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and am noted for my ability to grasp new concepts.
