• Founded retail consulting firm in 2003 to specialize in market research, financial analysis, market planning, leasing strategy, and acquisition underwriting. Employed/managed staff of up to three analysts, plus outside contractors, service providers and data vendors.

• Developed market penetration indexes, performance benchmarks and tactical enhancement plans for 71 centers owned by two REITs. Conducted acquisition underwriting, market research and financial analysis for New York client of malls valued collectively at more than $515 million.

• Principal in charge of equity retail research and strategic planning across all investment platforms of Lend Lease.
