Organisational Experience
As Piping Engineer Skill Summary:-
Responsible for Overall Plant Layout, Feasibility studies and Plot plan development.
Preparing Piping & Equipment layout for Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pumps, Vessels, and Pipe Racks etc.
Preparing and checking various deliverables in Detail engineering like Nozzle Orientation, Platforms & ladder orientation with clits and piping clit etc.
Reviewing the vendor drawings and documents, checking piping layouts and inter discipline drawings / documents.
Preparing stress package system and maintaining records for progress.
Preparing piping loop calculation for rack and Dyke wall calculation.
Pipe supports and supporting concepts in piping.
Preparing isometrics using extraction by PDS and Material Take-Off (MTO) for internal checking and IFC (issued for Construction).

Motivating and monitoring the performance of PDS, Microstation, Smart Plant Review, DRV, Autodesk Navis works, Linde Orbitor Tool, PED (Piping Export Database) software & AutoCAD designers.

Acrylic Acid plant is a Petrochemical complex and Separation unit is mainly comprises of Monomer piping. Special care should be taken during piping layout, as monomer is highly explosive while expose to atmosphere.
Deputed for 3 Months for Basic Plant Designing &OBE WORK (OPEN BOOK ESTIMATE) at Munich, Germany & Detail Engg. At LINDE ENGG.INDIA PVT LTD.
- Working with separation unit from Proposal stage to Detail engineering stage.

- Lead Engineer for Separation Area, Storage Tank and Blower area.
- Responsible for OBE (Open Book Estimate). From Basic Engineering, Extended Basic Engineering and Detail engineering of the Plant.
- Vendor document checking for Columns(De-hydration, Crude, Acetic acid(HAC) and other columns and its reboilers, Vessels, Pumps,Air cooler,Vertical condensers, Spiral Heat exchangers,Pumps, etc and co-ordinate by telephone with LKCA, Dresden, Germany
- Piping load Input to civil for, foundation design and sizing of structural member
- Dyke wall calculation for storage tank area.
- Updating weekly reports like progress list, Isometric issue control list which help in execution of project on time.
- Design Review at Various stage of Project and Tags resolving with Client.
- Isometrics checking with BOM and release for construction.

-Working for IOCL, Paradip Heaters proposal in accounting the first MTO from P&ID & Plot-plan for estimation and costing.
