(December 1998 – June 2005)

• Helped develop and manage the maintenance (reliability) programs, using ERP/SAP-MINCOM/IIMS software of Australia, for the 2 major (Mak-Ban & Tiwi) geothermal-electric power generation-facilities. The developed and managed maintenance key elements consisted of the equipment register, all equipment maintenance inspection tasks; pre-use inspection, general planned inspections, critical task procedures, cost centers, equipment criticality classification, ad hoc work orders system, maintenance (spare parts) inventory control in ERP/SAP, audit system, etc.

• Performed periodic technical audits, together with the U.S. Head Office LOSS/RISKS CONTROL TEAM, of the developed facility operations and maintenance (reliability) programs, their actual execution/implementation, etc.

• Completed the operation and maintenance (reliability) organization business processes (back to basics) review - BPR - and the necessary recommendations, including the apt technical manning/staffing set-up.

• Helped manage the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler/heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (MEPF/HVAC) aspects during their conceptual and final engineering designs reviews and preparations for the key projects such as the luxury Marco Polo Davao Hotel; high-rise Linden Suite office-residential condominium, and other commercial buildings. This is done through extensive coordination with the client's authorized representative/s, design architects, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and quantity surveyor.

• Managed the actual construction and installation of the MEPF/HVAC equipment systems e.g. electrical power distribution including gen-sets; lighting systems, sanitary/storm drains, fire protection / sprinkler system, sewage treatment plant, etc. - the technical works also included the, field change request management; work interface coordination and management; quantity take-off, punch listing, equipment systems commissioning, etc.

• Performed inspectoral and documentation/logging works on various MEPF/HVAC appurtenances / sanitary / plumbing / fire sprinkler, sewage treatment plant, etc. equipment systems tests and commissioning.

• Managed the preparation of the 'as-built' plans, drawings, diagrams, and specifications through extensive coordination with the client's authorized representative/s, design architects, engineers, specialty consultants, contractors, and quantity surveyor - in preparation for project closure.

• Assisted in the engineering designs reviews and the necessary field design changes during the actual construction of the palace.

• Helped manage the project construction/installation /quantity take-off/ punch listing of all the electro-mechanical equipment (MEPF/HVAC) including major piping and plumbing works (fire protection system), sewage treatment plant, etc. based on the accepted engineering standards. The job included the management of the MEPF/HVAC equipment systems' tests and commissioning.
